By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use VEHICULARS' website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. General Terms

By signing up on VEHICULARS, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions, our privacy policy, and any other policies posted on our website. VEHICULARS reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract with VEHICULARS. You must provide accurate and complete information during the sign-up process and update your information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.

3. Services Offered

VEHICULARS offers a variety of automotive services including, but not limited to:

• Comprehensive Insurance
• Vehicle Particulars Renewal
• Spare Parts
• Driver's License
• Plate Number
• Change of Ownership
• Local Government Paper
• Driving School
• Roadside Assistance

4. Payment Options

VEHICULARS provides several payment options:

• Full Payment: Customers can pay in full for their products and services. Upon completion of full payment, the services or products will be delivered.
• Easy Installments: Customers can pay in easy installments without extra interest. Services are delivered upon completion of payment. Prices are subject to market fluctuations.
• Get Now-Pay Later Program: This program allows customers to get products or services upfront while paying in installments with interest. Terms and conditions apply, and the program is subject to approval by VEHICULARS.

5. Price Lock Feature

The Price Lock Feature allows customers to lock in the price of a product or service with an initial deposit, protecting them from future price increases. The initial deposit amount may vary. Terms and conditions apply. Transfers are unavailable for products or services with a price lock.

6. Payment Transfers

Customers can transfer payments from one product/service to another or to another customer on VEHICULARS. However, transfers are unavailable in the following scenarios:

• If you set a price lock
• If you opt for the Get Now-Pay Later program
• If admin sets the Transfer status as unavailable
• If the job is under process
• If a service has been delivered
• If a service is completed (paid for in full and delivered)

7. Credit Score System

VEHICULARS uses a credit score system to determine customer eligibility for various programs. The levels are:

• Novice: 0% - 25%
• Competent: 26% - 50%
• Accomplished: 51% - 75%
• Distinguished: 76% - 100%

Points are awarded or deducted based on payment behavior:

• +2 points for full payment
• +3 points for easy installments
• +5 points for the Get Now-Pay Later plan
• -10 points for defaulting on the Get Now-Pay Later plan

Customers can score negative points and will need to cancel them out to enjoy benefits. VEHICULARS management reserves the right to determine offers based on credit scores, considering transaction history, region, service type, and more.

8. Defaulting on Payments

Defaulting on payments for the Get Now-Pay Later program will result in a penalty of -10 points on the customer's credit score. Defaulting may also affect eligibility for future programs and offers.

9. Use of Information

By using VEHICULARS, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our privacy policy. VEHICULARS uses customer information to improve services, process transactions, and communicate with customers.

10. Limitation of Liability

VEHICULARS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service in question.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
