Our Payment Transfer feature allows you to do just that, providing flexibility and convenience. However, there are specific scenarios where transfers are unavailable.

How Payment Transfers Work

The Payment Transfer feature allows you to move your payments in the following ways:

• From one product/service to another: If you decide to switch products or services, you can transfer your existing payments to the new choice.
• To another customer: If you wish, you can transfer your payments to another customer on Vehiculars.

This flexibility ensures your money is always working for you, even if your needs change.

Scenarios Where Payment Transfers Are Unavailable

While we aim to provide maximum flexibility, there are certain situations where payment transfers cannot be processed:

• Price Lock: If you have set a price lock, you will not be able to transfer the balance. The Price Lock Feature secures the price of a product or service, making it non-transferable.
• Get-Now Program: Opting for the Get-Now program means you cannot transfer the balance. This program is tailored to provide immediate financing, making transfers impractical.
• Admin Sets Transfer Status as Unavailable: If our admin sets the transfer status as unavailable, transfers will not be possible.
• Job is Under Process: If the job is under process, the transfer will also be unavailable.
• Service Delivered: Once a service has been delivered, the transfer option will be unavailable.
• Service Completed: If a service is completed (paid for in full and delivered), transfer will be unavailable.
